EDECO offers comprehensive services for the cleaning, inspection and refurbishment of oilfield tubulars and drilling tools through their subsidiary company in Europe, PRIME PIPE LIMITED, based in Great Yarmouth and through their Service Centre in Vietnam operated by PV DRILLING-EDECO under a Co-operation Agreement between PetroVietnam Drilling and Well Services Company (PV Drilling) and Edeco Petroleum Services Limited.

Cleaning of drill pipe, drill collars, casing and tubing both internally and externally using EDECO designed and proprietary high pressure water cleaning systems. Comprehensive non-destructive inspection utilising EMI buggy units, ultrasonic special end area equipment, magnetic particle inspection, wall thickness measurements and full logging systems. Onshore and offshore inspection services to API RP7G, DS-1 Categories 1-5 and to customers specifications by qualified and experienced inspection technicians. On site shoulder and seal face refacing. Approved applicator for hardbanding of drill pipe, heavy wall drill pipe and drill collars utilising EDECO designed computerised hardbander units capable of applying all types of proprietary products and capable of gouging out old material, rebuilding tool joints and rehardbanding. Recutting rotary connections. Investigation of abnormal drill pipe and drill collar failures.
